Sourcerers is looking for a Director of Recruiting to lead sourcing/recruiting efforts for our clients. Our ideal candidate is entrepreneurial minded, thrives in a fast paced environment, is an Ethereum enthusiast, and is capable of captivating a room with their intrapersonal skills. Independence is a must, you should be able to take a task from assignment to completion with little outside direction or help.
We are based in San Francisco but are open to remote employees with the flexibility to travel 6-8 weeks per year.
