I think one of the most exciting acts of proliferation possible in Nouns is watching people learn about Nouns through successful projects and then write proposals of their own. Kudos to the Nouns Esports team for being so successful that others within the esports community are writing their own proposals and wanting to be sponsored by Nouns.
The ask here is relatively small, and I'd love to see a team in the fighting game community rep Nouns as passionately as the other Esports teams do.

> I want to address the feedback from stripymofo and supriyo. There seems to be a misconception that Nouns Esports is submitting more esports-related proposals. However, this is not the case.
>
> This proposal was submitted by an active Nouns community member, Keolaization. The core team behind this execution are newcomers to Nouns but are highly respected in the Street Fighter community, including former player Alex Valle (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alex_Valle) and Leviathan, who has been running this event for 10 years.

> As we promote Nouns, gaming community members often inquire about involvement and inevitably suggest their own proposal ideas. We encourage this initiative and support them through the proposal process at Nouns. This mirrors Prop 198, where SirActionSlacks and Kyle from the Dota community independently proposed hosting the Nounsvitational with WePlay Studios.

> To further clarify, Prop 466 (Nouns Esports 2024) established a core team to manage operations across our funded Smash, Dota, Unite, and CS rosters, as well as fostering community growth, onboarding new members, and creating events, products, and media to bring people onchain. The latest proposal from this team was 534, where we onboarded an Event Director and are facilitating three Smash events. We don't plan to submit any more proposals to Nouns for 2024.

> The Nouns Esports team will continue unapologetically onboarding new builders to the DAO, helping them facilitate their own strong proposals and creating synergies wherever possible. The DAO can then decide if these initiatives are worthwhile. We believe it's natural for more people to propose to Nouns due to the awareness brought to the project through our efforts, and this should be encouraged and celebrated!
