The retro round payout only ended 5 days ago. We have not yet given a more organized approach a try, where we could establish a mission / vision for the community as well as other methods to attract interest in membership (see Builder DAO below as an example).
Closing down the DAO might ultimately be the right decision, but we have not had enough time to discuss other options as a group.
