@lilfrog @monografia I agree w wanting to see more in-network props, but thought paying homage to prop 1 could be a fun way to address current stressors (indeed the alternative vers of this prop would be to simply redistribute funds linearly, either to all eth holders via burn or to, say, active nouners based on vote record etc). 20% is, if anything, probably too conservative if wanting to see consistent real new member interest & reduce drain.
though i would agree we don't need to be hyper-focused on arbers, it's also true, imo, that waste is ultimately not very Nounish. While we can debate the utility of philanthropy in general, Nouners i think generally subscribe to the more traditional view that its worth trying and many these orgs are conscientious about studying the nature of the impact they make.
