Still, they should specify what's in scope and what's not. e.g. @jacopo.eth considered reworking the Appcon mural to more explicitly include Nouns, but there are restrictions against that.
What are the restrictions in this one, and how deeply are they willing to integrate Nouns? It's phrased as "decentralized community" and "the power of community-driven funding" in the abstract.
This could be either a regular performance with implicit nods towards Nouns, or it could be one featuring actual Nouns, noggles, etc. Those are two very different proposals.
It's fair to ask for clarification. Props should leave little margin for interpretation.
