# [TFIP-21] Proposal to execute previously approved TFIP-21 for payment to Akemona
Proposal to execute previously approved [TFIP-21](https://www.tally.xyz/gov/truefi/proposal/59304444877355933583900602495342632896134093351792923313709722409716343808237) for Payment to Akemona. Please refer to Nathan Vandy's comment under [TFIP-21 discussion](https://forum.truefi.io/t/tfip-21-proposal-for-akemona-technologies-to-provide-core-product-and-business-development-for-truefi/1892) on the TrueFi forum. The original [TFIP-21](https://www.tally.xyz/gov/truefi/proposal/59304444877355933583900602495342632896134093351792923313709722409716343808237) proposal on Tally will be left pending as it does not have an executable code.
To simplify payments, the changes are as follows:
1. Akemona is paid through TRU
2. USD payments converted to TRU based on TRU price of $0.08259 on October 15, 2024.
3. 18% added to account for the variance in the price of TRU
**Payment Schedule**
Akemona is requesting a total grant of 6,400,775 TRU to fund the implementation of the roadmap laid out in the TFIP-21 forum proposal over the next seven months. Of this total, we are requesting 914,396 TRU up front, with the remaining portion streamed over 7 months starting at the end of October, 2024.
Functions included in this proposal:
1.  Mint TRU to DAO Timelock
2. Transfer TRU to Akemona Wallet
3. Approve TRU for Sablier Stream Creation
4. Create TRU Sablier Stream for Akemona
