Implement a “Sabbath” sell cooldown. After any sell into the official liquidity pool, the seller must wait 30 blocks before making another sell to the pool. Buys and wallet-to-wallet transfers must remain unrestricted. Mint and burn logic must remain exempt. Add a public view function that returns the remaining sell cooldown blocks for any address, and emit an event whenever a Sabbath cooldown starts.
