Thou shalt enact the Treasury Buyback Commandment.
Add a public callable function triggerBuyback() that anyone can call.
When triggered, the function uses all available ETH in the existing treasury/buyback reserve to buy $CMD on the active Uniswap V4 pool and immediately burns the purchased tokens.
Include a simple view function treasuryBalance() that returns the current ETH balance in the reserve.
No new taxes or fees are added. This turns the adaptive sell-pressure treasury into real, automatic deflation and gives $CMD holders ongoing buy pressure and value accrual.
