If i understand you correctly, we already have a physical space that’s currently running for the Nouns community to benefit from. We are not building entirely a new building space. Some of the section requires a small upgrade. The overall budget is more leaning towards giving back to the community (NounsMY pod, WTF Art & Tech, Artist Collabs) to build for Nouns. There will be more upcoming events for Nouns Beyond Screens as per stated under distribution strategy. It’s much more economical to execute upcoming events when there’s a fixed physical space. We’ve shared more about this in the 'learnings & takeaways' section of our proposal.
