This week I've been running around Philly to get my Real ID. I also finalized guests for Arc 1.
This weekend our media lead, Bayo, is completing another client project. After that, we'll be shifting attention to project assets so this can be our main focus for the next 90 days.
I see this is becoming contentious. For me, this is a good-faith effort to assert myself as the journalist and researcher I have been developing as over the last few years. I'm treating this as a capstone and an opportunity to showcase our authority and capacity as a team. We Them Media is excited to step into our next phase. I reduced this ask to undercompensate myself while still paying my team—prioritizing resourcing them while giving myself real skin in the game.
