## Summary
Gauntlet is proposing to return funds to eligible token holders whose wallets were impacted by the interest rate change resulting from the [governance proposal 226](https://compound.finance/governance/proposals/226) applied as of March 19, 2024. Impacted users had to follow these [instructions](https://www.comp.xyz/t/gauntlet-arbitrum-usdc-comet-interest-rate-curve-recommendations/5081/6?u=gauntlet) as provided in the forums and discord community channels in order to have funds returned.
