Also we're paying to buy a Coffee Shop for someone else's benefit, which is a terrible deal for the DAO, not sustainable and doesn't and can't scale. Would anyone do this with their own money -- just buy someone else a coffee shop with no strings or contract? Bad precedent and expensive, and the business itself is into a very fragile industry for independent operators -- setting aside all the preceding warts, the base rate of the industry is not our friend.
