While I am a big fan of Agora, the following factors lead me to vote NO on this prop in its current state. 1) Lack of platform traction, 2) Outsized ask, 3) Lack of prop specificity. I would vote YES on an Agora prop that could either demonstrate more traction or have more specifics as to prop deliverables.
Also, clarity on the goals as related on the Nouncil call today, of double participation and delegation. Does that mean votes or wallets?
I really want to support this but I would like a bit more clarity.
