FIP-14b: INDEX OTC This proposal would swap: - 633.15 ETH from the dripper - 991512.9 FEI minted - 1235325.922 TRIBE from the DAO Treasury For 100,000 INDEX via an OTCEscrow contract with DeFiPulse. There are no lockups on either side. These INDEX tokens will be intended to be used for metagovernance via DPI and other Index Coop sets. This can help integrate FEI and TRIBE throughout DeFi as well as strengthen the existing partnership with Index Coop. Snapshot requires an EOA with a private key to participate in votes, so the proposal includes a delegation to Matthew Graham who has been an active member of the Fei community and Index Coop.
