A move to the iconic Prahran Markets would be the best move Nouns Deli (and Nouns community) make. The market is a foody mecca here in Melbourne.
Bones and Team are at EVERY possible local crypto/NFT/Normie event serving up the goods, they work tirelessly with local charities and the like. I've seen other props receive >2x more total funding than Nouns Deli have and not deliver (if) any real substance. Put the $$$ where it actually works.
