## Funding Request
In December of 2023, [Nouns committed 120 ETH over a 10 year stream]([url](http://berryos.wtf/camp/proposal/471)) to Endaoment's Universal Impact Pool, a quadratic funding pool to distribute matching donations to all nonprofits that receive donations or grants on Endaoment.
Given the Nouns Foundation 501c3 is in process of being incorporated, I am proposing to cancel the stream and redirect the funds to the new entity.
There is ~90 eth left in the stream. At ~$180k, these funds can cover 18-24+ months of expenses for the Nouns Foundation as it ramps in operations, fundraising, and grant making.
Given these funds were already considered spent 2.5 years ago, this is a treasury-neutral use of funds, pointed from one charitable purpose to another.
Requesting Noun 861 for the Nouns Foundation as a signal of alignment with the DAO.
