# SweepTank #3 - Timepiece Apes Society (TAS 2.0)
## Summary
We are the Timepiece Apes Society (TAS2.0). Run by and for the community.
After a slow rug from the original founders, the community stepped in and took control of the smart contract - but all the funds were gone. So to rather start from scratch, we started with a scratch. But we won back the trust of our awesome diamonds hands and now are heading to the rocket for lift off.
The most exciting this about owning a TAS will never be that you can sell it for double or triple what you payed for, but the generational wealth that the revenue streams are going to create for each and everyone of our holders.
At the moment those include:
- 100% of the profit from TAS IRL jewelry being sold will be split between number of staked holders
- 50% of the profit of the TAS brand being created will be split between number of staked NFT's
- 50% of the legendary skatedeck line will be split between the holders of those legendary's. The remaining 50% will be split between number of staked NFT's
- 30% of the GEN 1 royalty fee will be split between number of staked NFT's
- 40% of the TOTAL GEN2 MINT REVENUE will be split between number of staked NFT's
- (if we calculate that at this time with the prices we have set for GEN 2 and the totals this would been 0.24 ETH *PER NFT STAKED* you would be getting back, this is not for in the presentation but just to show how crazy of a payout some of these will be and will be getting in the future)
- each staker gets a free mint on the GEN2
- WL collabs will be divided between stakers
- 100 TAS coin per day per staked NFT (in discord coin that can be used to buy NFT's, WL spots, OG spots, TAS caviar spoons, a signed jersey, endless possibility's to add things to the TAS shop
We have an up and running staking site and splitter contract so any payouts of these advantages is done automatically. Meaning we give in the amount of ETH that is going to be payed out, the splitter calculates how many TAS you have staked and based on those percentages it splits the ETH into all the different wallets WITHOUT any gas fee for the holders, or a claim period that can be missed, or anything at all. Just ETH magically appearing in your wallet, the TAS WAY i like to call it. Fast and efficient.
