**Summary**
This proposal would direct 3% (in RSR) of the eUSD revenue distribution externally. This 3% would represent a form of compensation for continued leadership in governance and brand building across multiple RTokens in order to amplify the work being done by ABC Labs. For eUSD to find its deserved place in the market, it needs someone working close to full-time to amplify social presence and focus closely on basket composition.
