So i have good news and bad news. The good news is I found the website, its:

the bad news is all you can do ont hat website is to connect your wallet, it looks like the contract is there but you cant see it even if you connect. if i remember right i think you have to have one of the 3 shiba deployers to be able to view the contract
take a look guys ill see what else i can scrounge up
