## 2. Nogglesboard History
Nogglesboard began with upcycled skate decks and viral content alongside Will Dias, channeling a raw, playful energy that quickly resonated across the DAO. Blending skateboarding, internet native creativity, and the nounish spirit in a way that felt authentic both IRL and URL.
That energy expanded with Prop 752, when we merged into surf through Zimardrp, unlocking a new wave of experimentation with nounish surfboards, physical products, and a growing stream of content and real world activations. The strategy prioritizes a minimal core team (Zima, Will, + limited support), early booking for low-cost transport, short stays, and local resource utilization (such as photographers or venues) to reduce overhead while maintaining execution quality across all activations.

## 5. Execution Plan
*The idea is to allocate 50% of the total production run of each product including 13 sunglasses, 8 sandals, 50 soaps, and 40 shirts, along with special LiL Nouns stickers, to distribute directly to the LiL Nouns community and active builders constantly moving through crypto events or contributing to ongoing Nouns/LiL Nouns projects. This includes creators such as Fatty in Italy, Pip with the ice cream van project in Central America, Mike in California, and other artists, builders, and cultural contributors connected to the ecosystem.*
*We initially considered structuring product pricing in a way that could generate direct returns to LiL Nouns through sales and royalties. However, at this early stage, we believe the most valuable move is to prioritize distribution, visibility, and cultural embedding first allowing the community itself to organically adopt, wear, use, and circulate these objects. A minimum resale value will still be established to preserve product value and avoid devaluation, but our main objective is to spread LiL Nouns products across influential builders, creators, surfers, skaters, and cultural operators connected to the ecosystem. Additionally, a special curated kit containing all products developed through the proposal will also be delivered to surfer Aninha Dagostin, strengthening the connection between Lil Nouns, youth surf culture, and the broader narrative layer surrounding the project.*
*The goal is to build this initiative together with the DAO: one half of the inventory would support merch distribution, event activations, community sales, or royalty-driven initiatives benefiting LiL Nouns, while the remaining 50% would be used for direct sales, cultural activations, and on-the-ground exposure through crypto, surf, skate, and creative communities we already have access to.*
