I carry the passion for developing great products from all perspectives (design, development, business development, marketing..) but what I love most about this process is developing teams to carry a weight of great products.
I enjoy wild ride in planning, tracking and execution of demanding tasks and projects, overcoming the issues with the team and keeping the ride in right momentum and direction.
As for my blockchain related experiences, I have done some ethereum development and I am evangelising ethereum big time in my city.
I learned how to wear different hats in projects. I was hardware developer, software developer (android, ios, node/mongo, aws, react), beekeeper, teacher, trainer, community manager, logistics, sales, designer, project manager, even CEO, all in last three years. I hop from one role to another taking full responsibility for parts of the project, either to fulfil position and get work done or to help push where the bottlenecks are. This helps me feel the project and responsibilities from the perspective of my teammates.
