I'm a big believer that these types of professional creative projects are a great way to proliferate nouns and entice other creatives to build in the nouns space.
I get noun12 concerns about the Noun reward but I agree with noun40's point that it just mentions it in this proposal, it's not part of it.
If this proposal has great execution, I'd be more than happy to approve a separate proposal for the Noun reward, further aligning the creator with the DAO.
