1) Close to 25-30% of your budget is dedicated to nounish merch. I don't see what purpose it solves - having the DAO essentially "buying" merch from vendors and then you distributing it away for free to people? Is the DAO paying people to have these merch? Why not have a plan of procuring lesser SKU at wholesale or (lower even) , sell it at the event and recoup costs that way. Show there is some legit demand generation happening in a wholesome way?
2) Is Nouns footing the whole bill of this event ? Are there other co-sponsors, If yes - what is their contribution and whats your total budget.
