thanks for the detailed and thought out reply. This really helps me understand improvements I can make to a proposal and a little more of how lil nouns works.
thanks for the feedback!

> a. Long-term value for Lils feels unclear. It’s a cool event, but it seems like a one-time splash that mostly builds the WaveWarZ and ZAO brands. The anthem, the clips, the platform exposure — all of that is great, but most of the value seems to flow back to the WaveWarZ team. There’s no real follow-through for Lil Nouns beyond the few days. As mentioned on the calls, I'd be way more excited to help fund the long term vision for this type of tech, on Base.

> b. Branding is off — this feels more Nouns than Lil Nouns.
> Even though it's framed as “Lil WaveWarZ,” the final graphics are using regular Nouns noggles, not Lil noggles. It might seem like a minor detail, but its super important when representing Lils. When things like this will be lils primary way of being represented at this event, it makes me worry about the effectiveness and buy-in to the lil brand. An easy fix, so I hope you guys stick around with us.

> c. The event is being run and powered by ZAO — the artists, structure, music, team, etc. So it’s a bit confusing that Lils are being asked to fund 100% of the budget. I actually didn't realize the WHOLE CREW is ZAO, lol.. Not a bad thing... but are we co-sponsors? Does the ZAO itself have any stake in WaveWarZ? I feel like its important to note more clearly that Lils is basically sponsoring the ZAO, right?

> I think the concept has legs, and the team clearly put a ton of work into it and time over the last couple weeks getting to know the community — But as a Lil Nouns proposal, this needs stronger alignment, better brand integration, and a clearer value exchange before I think you'll get community buy-in on a 20k ask for a 'mostly' new group of contributors, when its not something that we can benefit from longer term.

> p.s. I really like the "Bonus Nounish Activations" section.. but again.. don't feel like this is necessarily worth a 20k investment for the content produced.

> Sorry guys- No hard feelings, I hope. Happy to discuss or help shape a version that works better for both sides if this doesn't pass. LMK if you have any questions.

However, I don't think it's a great idea to request such a large amount of funding from one project. I would rather see a smaller ask with more projects contributing to the pool so we can get more distribution for the event. Otherwise, it's very likely to have limited impact to Lils. If this doesnt pass I hope to see it up again with my notes built into the prop.
