SEAL 911 has informed us that your address is restricted on Robinhood Chain and that you cannot move the funds there. We are contacting you on Ethereum mainnet so you can respond despite that restriction.
Our proposed 10% recovery bounty remains available: retain 1.223724143907569292 ETH from the 12.237241439075692925 ETH proceeds of the incident, and please return 11.013517295168123633 ETH.
If you are willing to agree, please reply to this sending address with a plaintext on-chain message on Ethereum mainnet. We can then coordinate with SEAL 911 and Robinhood on an authorized return process and confirm the recovery destination. Any change to the restriction requires Robinhood's approval.
