'Let them cook' props are so 2025... it's nothing against you personally but I just can't in good conscious vote for a proposal that doesn't have a solid plan, concrete deliverables and a reasonable timeline... not sure we should be funding proposals that take 2 years to complete. Why not start with one pop up coffee event & lets see the results... the last two events we funded in 2025 that you hosted we were paying roughly $1000 per guest who showed up, not sure thats the best use of funds. The budget breakdown is also rather weak... in 'real life' a grant submission asking for $80k would require a 10 page application outlining everything down to the penny... here we have just an idea board of 'maybe this sounds good', its actually kind of offensive and shows we are not taking this grants process serious.
