The discourse instance is actually being decommissioned since it sees little usage, and we have several alternatives like Camp topics, Warpcast, Discord. Just to be clear, that instance is not currently managed by the DUNA, so keeping it up would require figuring out the budget, securing access from previous admins, but does not seem to be worth the trouble
