Appreciate you sharing your view, Peter. Totally fair not to back something you don’t fully understand. That’s a principle more people should follow.
Just to clarify for anyone reading: this proposal doesn’t put Nouns in a position where it holds or is exposed to MOG. The DAO lends USDS into an isolated, over-collateralised market on Morpho. If MOG dropped to zero, lenders are protected through liquidations, and no other funds are affected.
We chose this market because there's borrow demand, an extremely active long-term community, and they're culturally aligned. But the structure itself is generalisable, and fully reversible. No tokens are purchased, no ETH is spent, and the DAO keeps full control throughout.
