The creation of BytesTrader Spain is approved, with a shareholding of up to 40% of BytesTrader Global and it is approved too a fee payment of 6.66% of the total monthly income of BytesTrader Spain to the CEO of BytesTrader Spain, by BytesTrader Spain, the amount of this fee payment may not be less than 80% of the legal monthly minimum wage in force in Spain, nor may it exceed the value of three monthly legal minimum wages in force in Spain. The payment of these fees will be paid after paying the sales costs associated with the income of the current period, if BytesTrader Spain does not have resources available to pay the minimum payment of these established fees, these will not represent future debt for BytesTrader Spain.
