Add a permanent “Commandment” system: every address can choose one immutable personal commandment (max 32 bytes) that is stored on-chain and publicly visible forever. A wallet may update its commandment only by burning 0.1% of its current CMD balance, creating a cost for changing beliefs. This feature must not alter transfer, approve, or transferFrom behavior. No owner privileges, no minting, no pausing, no whitelist, no blacklist, no exemptions, and no adjustable parameters.
