Pending feedback, the initial strategy to trigger release is to use oSnap and Snapshot to handle this. Votes would be offchain but we can customize the voting strategies to the community's liking. If a fully onchain option is desired we can explore the costs and trade-offs.
oSnap relies on a fallback/security council but otherwise is executed without that group.
> I know ive been asking for something like this for quite sometime and have given it a decent amount of brainpower. Some props need more funding upfront vs tiered delivery of funds. So having the option would be great but understand if that just adds complexity for no reason.
