Introduce a “Cultural Forking Mechanism” within COMMUNITY_LOGIC.
Each round, if submissions diverge beyond a defined semantic threshold (measured via cultural tags + prompt embeddings), the protocol may split into parallel cultural branches (“forks”).
Each fork maintains:
- its own evolving COMMUNITY_STATE
- independent cultural memory layers
- distinct influence maps
Participants implicitly choose a fork through submission alignment.
Add:
- fork_id tracking per submission
- event emission on fork creation (ForkCreated)
- soft convergence rules where dormant forks decay over time
Cultural Tag: decentralized systems, open-source culture, evolutionary networks
