## 📋 Executive Summary:
As the owner of Nouns 312, we are thrilled to witness the evolution of the Nouns ecosystem, particularly with the advent of the NounsBuilder Protocol. We believe this protocol is poised to bring significant advancements to the ecosystem.
We propose an initial investment of 312 ETH into the newly established "Nouns House DAO." (originally conceived as an Enabler DAO).
The primary objective of this investment is to further fortify and expand the Nouns ecosystem. Specifically, we aim to evolve the platform to enable homeowners to easily rent out their properties by integrating smart locks, specialized rental apps, and issuing NFT keys. Moreover, the branding will incorporate Nouns characters, and the use of blockchain technology will ensure an open and transparent operation. Ultimately, we aim to offer lower fees compared to existing platforms and deliver value to users through a token ecosystem.
As a return on this investment, we propose allocating 10% of the token supply to nouns.eth. This could potentially bring long-term benefits to the Nouns ecosystem. This initiative is highly synergistic with existing property rental platform development projects and promises innovative value through the use of smart contracts and NFTs.

## 🔍 What is Enabler DAO/LLC?
Founded by Yuki Hamada, a serial tech entrepreneur and former Executive CPO of Mercari, a unicorn company in Japan, Enabler DAO/LLC is a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). To accommodate scenarios requiring formal contracts, it also holds a legal entity status in Japan in the form of an LLC, which participates as a member of the DAO. The organization currently manages luxury properties across Tokyo, Hawaii, Kyoto, and Hokkaido, operating with a profitable business model in the real estate sector. It is also in a transitional phase towards tokenization. As this investment progresses, Nouns House DAO has the potential to emerge as a key player at the intersection of blockchain and real estate. Furthermore, plans are in motion to issue utility tokens based on the existing property usage, offering special perks to NFT owners. This includes the strategy to leverage existing assets to stimulate new avenues for growth.

- In the 15 days leading up to approval, the next treasury could exceed the current average price of Nouns, indicating high future potential for the project.

- If approved within 15 days, the treasury price per NFT would increase by 20.8 ETH (312/15), adding momentum to Nouns House DAO.
### Setting a Good Precedent 📜🌟
- This approach could set a good precedent for future DAOs and projects, strengthening the decentralized ecosystem and serving as a model for how existing projects can evolve symbiotically.
### Approval and Participation Mechanism 🗳👥
- These points will be decided upon approval by Nouns House DAO. Those interested can either vote with their allocated nouns.eth (treasury) or participate in Nouns House DAO's auctions. The 312 ETH will be transferred in a sufficiently decentralized manner.
