#Transfer & lock BA founders tokens During the last internal check, we found out that the founders' tokens in the amount of 14 000 000 BAG (pls refer to p. 5.2 of the Whitepaper) that should be locked for 18 months are not currently locked. The reason behind this is a technical mistake during the system deploy. We used the ethereum block number instead of the timestamp. Now we're proposing to provide the authorization to the current address to transfer tokens with the lock to the new wallets (moratorium on sale as it's described in the whitepaper).
