synthesis of these views is that i’m happy to move forward with index here though in the future would favor a more wide funneled election process

> Index is a great fit for this position and I have full faith in him as the Compliance Admin to take us through this initial year.

> Abstaining from all Administrator props in favor of a Round for Nouns holders. It’s hard to compare proposals when they are separate props posted at different times.

> We should set a strong precedent for elections by having them be a well-defined field of candidates in the same election cycle.

> This feels like a serious mischaracterization of the situation. If anything, the current Foundation structure represents an unelected dictatorship, while the process of dunification is a transition to something significantly more democratic. As we've explained many times during the Nouncil meetings where we've been providing regular updates, it's urgent that we make this transition, and the choice to 'hand pick' an initial administrator is a practical one that will let us accomplish dunification faster and more efficiently. Per section 2.1(b) of the DUNA Bylaws, the DAO can change out the administrator whenever it wants by simply passing a proposal to do so.
