art-ideas-⌐◨-◨#1 seems pretty easy to get behind, the problem i run into is that someone at those organizations (art institutes/galleries, schools, clubs, brands, etc) need to care and/or have an interesting idea for what to do with the Noun or it doesnt really accomplish much?
I think i would approach this from the perspective of "do we know [specific person] at [specific org] who really wants a Noun for [idea/purpose x]?". If and when we do, imo it should be an easy For to distribute. To me it seems like the focus needs to be on finding that person/champion in order to get somewhere.
