Opt-in private voting is somewhat nonsensical. From a coercion-resistance point of view it's critical that votes are receipt-free. If one can opt-in to creating a receipt, then private voting is moot.
In our voting solution, one would not only be unable to prove how one voted but also whether or not one voted at all. Which is critical for resisting forced-abstention attacks.
What would be revealed is the total vote weight for and against.

Not sure that this cost-per-user breakdown really makes sense either, given that this is evergreen and benefits everyone who might participate in future voting.
