This vote is to reimburse Proof of Marketing LLC (DBA as Proof Systems) for BarnBridge.com. BarnBridge.com, Barnbridge.io, Barn.finance, & Bond.finance will be transferred to ownership of the DAO and will be custodied by Proof Systems until there is a viable way for the DAO to custody a domain. BarnBridge.eth, which is owned by Tyler Ward's personal ETH account is also being transferred to the DAO as a result of this vote & custody will be transferred to the BarnBridge DAO when we have a viable technical plan to handle custody there.
