wen remove founder allocation and veto&&This prop does the following:
Fix Metadata Renderer Base
Authorize DAO Treasury to mint new tokens
Airdrop 1 token to xppaicyber.eth
N.B I added in the bottom two because we missed the first metadata fix prop and it seemed to have a bug meaning we couldn't send that prop again alone, so I am trying to add other txs see if it works, if you are reading this, then yes, it did indeed work.
