might be a good idea as to become a hub for nounish indonesian creatives (bandung also known for indonesia creative hub i think). personally i've been to some cafes over there and loving their interiors and vibes.

not sure how can you guys could work with nouns coffee. perhaps sourcing indonesian beans and swap with the other guys? will the menu be cc0, and replicable too? :)
re: 2 years rental, i'm not sure if that is compulsory or a usual practice over there so i can't really comment on that. ideally 1 year / 12 month is the best like stripymofo.eth mentioned.
kinda interesting take on that 10% net profit back to the DAO. that i guess i leave it to the community. i personally think that is kinda cool. i agree with what stripymofo said too, give it back to the local community.
