I'm mindful of how we draw that line. why 40k on this prop, and not on others?
Funding this one takes away from the rest of the props if we take the breakeven moment seriously. We should take it seriously if we want to continue funding culture in the long run.
Still think we need an explicit "for the culture" budget to make those calls. We're not considering the tradeoffs because there's no explicit ceiling on this category of props.
