This seems a bit wild to me. To say that they are not building is false. I can speak from firsthand experience and anyone can see the recent integration of Based Nouns onto noggles.com along with $NOGS now attached to our daily auctions.
NNS has never stopped building from what I know of and continues to be a positive force. $NOGS is what of the best things all around for the Nouniverse in my personal opinion and has a very large voting block (much needed...again my personal opinion).
Not sure if this some sort of personal attack as mentioned by other commentors but if so it's distasteful.
Definitely against.
