i'd like to see a better plan for the solutions you're proposing. decent seems to be a safe frontend client and its unclear to me how it fits in here.
additionally having a political body like the DMC that onboards and audits contributors seems like a position ripe for abuse. you can prepare people for nouns, but the gov process doesn't select for the "best" proposals. it is highly social and results are mostly determined by community sentiment.
