Inca Digital and Cetus are aware you exploited a vulnerability in Cetus’ pricing mechanism earlier today. Working together, we have identified your Ethereum wallets and are actively coordinating with U.S. federal law enforcement, FinCEN, the Seychelles Police Force, our partners at the Department of Defense, major exchanges, and cross-chain bridge operators to trace and freeze the assets, and initiate legal action.
With Cetus’s full backing, Inca Digital is authorized to negotiate this resolution. As you are aware, all exploited funds on the Sui network currently held in your wallets have been frozen.
To resolve this efficiently, we are offering a whitehat settlement. If you return the two following sets of funds:
- 20,920 ETH
- The totality of frozen funds on Sui addresses 0xcd8962dad278d8b50fa0f9eb0186bfa4cbdecc6d59377214c88d0286a0ac9562 and 0xe28b50cef1d633ea43d3296a3f6b67ff0312a5f1a99f0af753c85b8b5de8ff06
The ETH should be returned to:
- Ethereum: 0xDdEC5D14fb4502C428f26D02c45d2Ee71EeF4109
The Sui assets should be returned to (detailed instructions to come later):
- Sui: 0xdbfd0b17fa804c98f51d552b050fb7f850b85db96fa2a0d79e50119525814a47
In exchange, you can keep 2,324 ETH (~$6M) as a bounty, and we will consider the matter closed and will not pursue any further legal, intelligence, or public action.
This is a time-sensitive offer. Once assets are off-ramped or mixed, we will escalate with full legal and intelligence resources globally. The opportunity to resolve this as a whitehat action will no longer be available.
To verify our control of the Ethereum address provided for settlement, we’ve signed and broadcast a transaction from our corresponding address on the Sui network:

We appreciate your time and consideration. Thank you.
