Still unconvinced this is needed, a solution looking for a problem - its a good research project but it doesn't have viability at current scale of Nouns. Someone like OP , gnosis, golem, ARB Dao would be much more fitting given their scale and treasury size to warrant this.
Secondly, I am puzzled why this is being positioned as an investment (why 30mil valuation? where is traction data of Interfold etc to command that number etc) VS a grant.
