3. THE 24-HOUR GRACE PERIOD & 3% DECAY RULE

Grace Period: From Feb 9, 00:00 (UTC) to Feb 10, 00:00 (UTC). If 100% of assets are returned within this window, the 597 ETH reward remains fully available.

Bounty Conversion: All deducted funds will be immediately added to the active bounty pool for global hunters.

4. SPECIAL AMNESTY FOR WHISTLEBLOWERS
If any individual involved in this crime provides decisive information before their accomplices, we guarantee full cooperation for legal leniency and priority payment of the bounty. Even during the Grace Period, the first person to cooperate will be secured with the highest priority.
