For the node IP part, what I am expecting is that I should be able to run the script without even running a local eth node. So if i just run the script on my PC, it should ideally automatically connect to any online node and propagate the transaction. I stated that requirement just to achieve this i.e. the script should work without the requirement to run a local eth node. If you think you can achieve this through any other method (other than what's mentioned in the initial post), I'm good with that.
