Introduce a “Participation Weight Index” stored in COMMUNITY_STATE.
Each wallet accumulates a non-transferable score based on:
- number of rounds participated
- uniqueness of prompts (low similarity to prior submissions)
- early-round participation bonus
Modify transfer logic:
- wallets with higher Participation Weight pay reduced transfer tax
- lowest-weight wallets incur slightly higher tax
Additionally, route a portion of all transfer taxes to a shared pool that is periodically distributed to the top Participation Weight holders.
Result: long-term, thoughtful participants are rewarded over short-term volume actors, aligning token value with meaningful contribution rather than brute-force submissions.
