**Proposal Overview**
The Robinyan Health Centre serves as the only health access point for several surrounding communities. Years of neglect have left it in poor condition — broken structures, no fence, poor utilities, and outdated or missing medical tools.
This project aims to fully restore the facility to operational excellence, provide essential medical equipment, and establish sustainability mechanisms to ensure lasting impact.

**Proposal Objectives**
This proposal aims to:
- Renovate and re-paint Heath Centre structures.
- Repair and plaster the compound ground.
- Install clean water and solar power electrical supply.
- Supply essential medical equipment and furniture.
- Fence the compound for better safety and hygiene.
- Document every phase with video and photography for transparency and awareness.
**Scope of Work and Budget Allocation**
The total estimated cost of $16,800 covers all materials, labor, and documentation. Below is the breakdown:

- **Structural Repairs and Painting — $5200**
Reshaping and Repair of the physical building ,doors, roofing, windows, and interior and exterior painting , building a protective fence and leveling/plastering the compound ground for safety and hygiene.
- **Essential Medical Equipment — $2,000**
Procurement of basic hospital beds, delivery kits, BP monitors, first aid tools, and examination equipment, Stethoscope , Glucometer ,
- **Water and Electrical Restoration — $1,200**
Reconnection and repair of water supply, plumbing repair, and restoration of lighting and power outlets.
- **Basic Furniture and Fixtures — $700**
Procurement of chairs, tables, patient benches, and storage cabinets for functionality.
- **Video and Photography Documentation — $1000**
Professional recording of the rehabilitation process for transparency, reporting, and awareness.
- **Solar power supply- $3200**
A 2kVA solar system (with inverter and battery backup) will provide stable power for lighting, medical equipment, and digital devices. Basic rewiring and safety fittings will also be done.
- **Project Coordination, Oversight, and Launch Management - $2000**
This phase ensures smooth execution of the rehabilitation project through government collaboration, contractor supervision, and a well-organized launch. It covers obtaining approvals, maintaining quality and timelines, promoting the facility’s reopening, and ensuring efficient operations after the launch.
- **Workmanship and Labor Fees — $1,500**
