Introduce a Cultural Memory Layer. Each round stores a user-supplied mediaId (string) as an immutable reference. Each new prompt must include a mediaId and either match the previous round’s mediaId (extension) or differ (mutation flag).
Require each prompt to include a culturalTag (string: genre, era, label, or movement). Track all culturalTag values across rounds and output a final distribution map.
Penalize prompts with identical promptText hashes to prior submissions within the same round. Slightly weight prompts with unique culturalTag values not yet seen in the current round.
Result: the contract enforces variation across rounds and produces a traceable sequence of cultural references.
